For ServiceTitan customers:

Simply login to ServiceTitan, click on your profile icon in top right, and select 'Refer ServiceTitan' from the dropdown menu.

For non-ServiceTitan customers:

Head to refer.servicetitan.com/partner to create an account in our Referral Partner Portal.

A referral occurs when a ServiceTitan customer connects our sales team with a service business they feel could benefit from our software.

Please note that you can’t refer yourself, a customer who is already using ServiceTitan, or a business that is already in contact with our sales team.

If you know a service business with at least two technicians, one full-time office employee, and they work in at least one of the industries listed here, we encourage you to refer them to us. We are always adding new markets, so be sure to check back often to see what we’ve added.

If our sales team determines ServiceTitan would be a good fit for your referral, we will contact them to schedule a software demo. If they qualify and attend the demo within 30 days of your referral submission, you are eligible for a $500 Demo Reward.

Please note that you can’t refer yourself, a customer who is already using ServiceTitan, or a business that is already in contact with our sales team.

Once your referral is live on ServiceTitan for 90 days, you are eligible to receive a New Titan Reward. The reward is a percentage of your referral’s annual spend with ServiceTitan, excluding Pro Products. The value of your New Titan reward increases based on the number of businesses you refer to us:

• 1st referral: 10% of your referral’s annual spend
• 2nd referral: 15% of your referral’s annual spend
• 3rd referral and beyond: 20% of your referral’s annual spend

Each New Titan Reward is capped at $10,000—but there is no limit to how many of these rewards you can receive.
